Sign Our Open Letter
We created an open letter to USA Cycling, and would like you to sign it HERE . By banning trans women, USA Cycling is not only violating human rights laws in 22(ish) states but also directly contradicting their mission and values . As cyclists, we came together to race under the structure of USA Cycling because we believe in its mission to "grow bike racing" and its vision that "every bike racer has the opportunity to grow, compete, and win." Our Mission
Our mission is twofold. First, we provide a space for trans people in sport to connect and share strategies for using existing laws to challenge exclusionary policies, with an emphasis on endurance sports. Second, we partner with events and series directors to ensure the races they produce are intentionally inclusive, guided by the voices and experiences of trans athletes so events avoid unintentionally creating exclusive spaces.

If you are, or you know of, a transgender cyclist who has been impacted or is not racing because of the new USA Cycling regulations, please contact us. If you have any contacts or connections at any of the civil rights organizations or with civil rights attorneys, please get in touch at hello@enduretogether.org

You, too, may have grounds to pursue a complaint against USAC, depending on what state you are in (we not lawyers and this is not legal advice) . Send us an email or DM and join our working group to sha

These policies violate many state level Human Rights statutes. Our current project is to support trans women who are looking to use those state level Human Rights Statutes to mitigate the harm these policies create for trans cyclists in the United States, and to provide resources for allies and accomplices to rebuild
